Wonderland Makeup

I love discovering new brands, as a huge make up lover being able to test different brands and products is fantastic so when I was contacted by Pete from Wonderland Makeup asking me if I wanted to test out a couple of their products to say I was excited is an understatement.

Wonderland Makeup

Before I received my products I had a look through their website and discovered they are a UK make up brand making high end products at low, affordable prices without scraping on quality. They are 100% cruelty free and this is fantastic to see in a make up brand. They have such a range of different products from primers to eyeshadows and they all look absolutely gorgeous!

So lets talk about some of the products:

Wonderland Makeup Lash Lengthening Mascara with Fibres*

Wonderland Makeup Mascara

One thing I’ll say about this is when I first received it I was slightly scared to use it due to the fibres, I’ve heard such bad things about fibre based mascaras with them falling into your eyes, making you partially blind etc but after reading the reviews on their website I changed my mind and decided to give it a try.
No joke, it does exactly what it says on the tube. I have quite long lashes already but I’m one of those people who wishes their lashes touched their eyebrows, I’m a big lash kinda girl. The wand has 2 sides, one side has longer bristles which I would assume is for your upper lashes and a smaller bristled side for your lower lashes (this is how I used it) and I noticed a difference in length almost instantly. It ever transferred onto my lid throughout the day or ran under my eyes and no fibres fell into my eyes, they are safe!
This retails for £11.50 >> here <<.

Wonderland Makeup Mascara

Wonderland Makeup Studio Finish Primer*

Wonderland Makeup Primer

I love this primer, it creates the perfect base for my foundation and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky. You only need a small amount of this and you can apply it to the whole of your face evenly. As a sufferer of dry skin this made my skin feel moisturised and hydrated which other primers I’ve tried in the past have not done.
It feels lightweight on the skin and doesn’t give you that cakey feeling, it helps to minimize pores and reduce the appearance of fine lines, its oil-free and I feel you can use this primer on any skin type!
This retails for £15.00 >> here <<.

Wonderland Makeup Wonderdust Loose Pigment in Black and Gold*

Wonderland Makeup Wonderdust Loose Pigment

This is such a gorgeous shade of glitter, a dusty black colour with beautiful specs of gold, this would be perfect for a smoky eye look for a night out. It’s super pigmented and with an eyeshadow primer you can apply this to the whole of your lid. The great thing about this is you don’t have to stick to applying this to your lid, with the lighter shades you can use it as a highlighter for that pop of colour onto your cheeks.
The packaging is perfect, it has a screw off lid but it also has a pop off lid as well to stop it getting everywhere so you can sift it into the lid or a glass palette if you wish for easy application.
This retails for £6.50 and you can find the whole range of colours >> here <<.

An overall review, I absolutely love this brand and these products and I do wish I had discovered them sooner. I’m really impressed with everything especially the mascara, such a fantastic product!
