October Favourites

October Favourites

Hello lovelies!

Hope you all had a fab October and Halloween and didn’t eat too many sweets!

October was a busy month for me with my first blogging event, attempting Blogtober which failed miserably and my step daughters 7th birthday! But now its the beginning of November and that means 1 thing, its favourites time! There’s a fair mixture of stuff this month from food & drink to beauty items because this girl gotta save up money for the dreaded Christmas which is round the corner, so hardly any new make up bits!

Lets get started …

Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks

October Favourites - Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks

These are immense. I don’t know what formula this is but its amazing and at such a cheap price! Its a shame they aren’t available in the UK and you have to order direct from the Colourpop website with them dreaded custom charges on top but I think they are totally worth it. These stay on my lips all day, don’t budge and the colours I have are gorgeous. I need them all! If you are in the market for a new liquid lipstick to try then I highly recommend these.

Makeup Revolution x Sophdoesnails Eyeshadow Palette

October Favourites - Makeup Revolution x Sophdoesnails Eyeshadow Palette

The moment this arrived on my doorstep I knew I would love it and I seriously wasn’t wrong. The pigmentation is great, the colours blend amazingly and the colour range that’s available is fantastic, you can create a look with this palette any time of the year. Out of all the colours available my favourite ones have to be Mixed Berries, Copper Coin, Cloudberry and Pumpkin. Another great thing about this palette is the price as well, £10 for 24 decent sized colours! Seriously if you do not have this then I would highly recommend this as well. If you wish to see swatches of this palette then check out my post about this here.

Rombouts Cuba Single Origin Ground Coffee*

October Favourites - Rombouts Cuba Single Origin Ground Coffee

If you don’t know already I absolutely love a cup of coffee. I usually stick to my basic Nescafe instant stuff but I recently received a package from Rombouts for me to try and I’ve become addicted to this certain type of coffee! One cup in the morning sets me up for the whole day and it tastes so smooth, if I don’t have my morning coffee I’ll be the first to say I’m a living nightmare, no joke. I usually have to have about 3 spoons of sugar in my average coffee but with this I can lay off it. Can see myself buying this continuously throughout the autumn and winter months.

Decleor Hydrating Night Balm

October Favourites - Decleor Hydrating Night Balm

I got this back in my June Look Incredible subscription box and its such a fantastic product. It leaves my skin looking and feeling radiant while giving my skin that much needed glow without having to put on make up in the morning. It smells really strong but that doesn’t bother me as obviously I’m asleep when its on. Just pop a bit onto the palms of my hands, melt it down a wee bit then apply to the whole of my face then sleep, wake up in the morning and my skin feels amazing. Its a pricey product but its worked fantastic with me so if you can justify the price tag then I think you should definitely give this a try, my pots nearly running out and I’ll definitely be repurchasing this.

KitKat Chunky New York Cheesecake

October Favourites - Kitkat New York Cheesecake

If you need to ‘have a break’ then you seriously need to get your hands on one of these. I was sceptical to start off with, I love a KitKat Chunky and Cheesecake but to mix the 2 together I was like ‘eeeeeer what?!’ but OMG it is delicious! I was addicted to the peanut butter version but I feel this has overtaken that in the winner for my favourite chocolate bar. Perfection in a bar.

And there’s my October favourites! Got anything you are absolutely loving this month?  Or tried anything in my favourites? Let me know in the comments below.

Until next time,

I really need to give some of colour pop’s products a try but that custom charge puts me off so much! Hopefully they’ll be available in the UK soon. xx

Yup the custom charges can work out more than the actual product which Is such a shame 🙁
