So recently I shared my July favourites with you all (If you haven’t checked it out already click here) and one of the products featured was the Make Up Revolution Pro HD Palette in Luxe. Someone asked if I had done a blog post regarding it and I realised I hadn’t yet! So here it is.
This eyeshadow palette is my go to, my holy grail of eyeshadow palettes, the new love of my life. Full of warm toned colours it really is a beautiful mix of mattes and shimmers and a perfect addition to anyone’s eyeshadow palette collection. It comes with 7 matte pans and 28 shimmer pans ranging from neutrals to plums to create an absolutely stunning everyday look. All the colours are SUPER pigmented (the same with all Make Up Revolution palettes I’ve found so far) and blend so effortlessly.
The packaging is a reflective black with gold writing, its quite big but very slim so easy to slip into a bag when going traveling. It opens up easily with a clip type closing but the plus side is it doesn’t feel too heavy. It’s got a HUGE mirror on the inside which is perfect to do your make up on the go!
So lets move on to the swatches. Just look at how pigmented the shimmers are! I am officially shook.
All of these swatches are 1 finger swipe swatches, as you can see the pigmentation is immense (I can’t seem to shut up about the pigmentation haha!) and all the colours are a dream to work with. One of the things I did notice is that some of the plum coloured shimmers do look very similar in colour which is the drawback, but there is still a huge variety of other colours to choose from.
Overall this palette is a great addition to anyone’s eyeshadow palette collection and super affordable at only £15! You get a lot of product for your money which is fantastic. Make Up Revolution do fantastic eyeshadow palette and if you haven’t already you need to check them out! Their products are available on Tam Beauty and Superdrug.
In the Pro HD Amplified palette they do other versions as well if plum type colours aren’t for you. There is also Dynamic, Direction, Commitment, Neutrals Warm & Neutrals Cool.
Do you own any of the Amplified range yet? If so tell me your thoughts in the comments.
