Too many times I’ve sat here watching Youtube videos of makeup tutorials, creating banging looks then popping on eyelashes effortlessly. Like, how? It’s a skill I really haven’t mastered. I would relive that one time I went on a night out with false lashes on for the first time … but no. That’s a memory for the back of my brain that hopefully never reappears again. Since then I’d kind of made it my mission to learn the art of falsies and with the brand Eylure, it’s pretty darn easy.
Eylure Lashes from Falseeyelashes.
Eylure is a super affordable false eyelash brand that is stocked in many stores on the high street. But more recently on Falseeyelashes.co.uk. They are an online store which stocks many different brands from high end to drugstore. They also stock accessories for your lashes as well like applicators (which can be found featured here), lash cases and even makeup brushes. There is also free 1st class delivery for all orders within the UK so while you browse and fill up your basket, you know there’s no nasty delivery charge at the end. Because if you’re anything like me, I refuse to pay a hefty price for delivery!
Eylure Lashes on Trial
I received 4 packs of their lashes to try out: Definition*, Lengthening*, Naturals* and Intensify*. 3 out of the 4 packets are just your normal falsies. Apply the glue then pop them on. But the one packet which really caught my eye was the Naturals. They are pre-glued and perfect for a novice like myself. I think the one problem that I have regarding false lashes is never knowing the right time to apply them. Once you apply the glue to the false lash you’re meant to wait for the glue to dry down a bit so it becomes tacky. But patience isn’t really my strong point. So pre-glued lashes are definitely a game changer for me. With the help of my lash applicator, I was able to apply these effortlessly. I could able to adjust them to their correct position without any issues. The glue is still strong enough to stay in place when applied and they last a considerable amount of time without peeling at the edges.
Intensify your lashes
With the other lashes, the adhesive comes as standard. The bands are super flexible and thin enough so they are undetectable when you don’t have eyeliner on. The Intensify lashes are absolutely gorgeous on, with black and blue hairs combined. They really make your eyes pop when applied and perfect for that night out. Honestly, if you’re a complete novice to lashes but want to start experimenting with them then I highly recommend Eylure. There are so many different styles out there, there will definitely be one to suit you.
The price point for all these false lashes from Eylure are between £5 to £8 and they are all available from Falseeyelashes.co.uk.
