One thing I always ask for is long nails, but whenever they get to a certain length they just snap off. No matter how much care I give them or what nail polish I use just to give them a couple more days, they just break. So false nails are a huge must for someone like me who has to look professional at work. Getting acrylic nails is just too much expense every 2 weeks, sitting at £35 a pop where I live. One of my favourite brands of false nails is definitely Primark (you can check out the first time I ever bought and tested them here) due to the wide variety of different styles and colours but also the wear time on them. I swear the nail glue is practically superglue! Whilst waiting to get my wisdom tooth out last week the wind just blew me into Primark (which is right opposite my dentist, how dangerous!) and see if they had any new styles released and that’s when I spotted these gorgeous Beauty and the Beast false nails.
I’m obsessed with all things Disney so clearly had to pick up these absolutely adorable Beauty and the Beast inspired nails. In the pack you get 24 nails with 5 different designs, you also get a nail dedicated to Mrs Potts and Chip! Each nail has a number at the tip to help you match up both hands. One thing I didn’t realise when I picked up these nails is there’s no nail glue included, but luckily I had another packet of Primark nails in my bedroom so just used the glue from them.
When deciding how to design my nails I got into a spot of bother, because there’s no instructions on where to place each nail, I had to come up with a style myself. So for the thumb I opted for the plain red with Mrs Potts on the index finger. Both the pinky and the middle finger have the red base with gold sparkles on them and the ring finger has my favourite of them all. A gold, glittery background with a 3D red rose. I think this style goes beautifully and the red and gold work well together. The 3D rose on my ring finger didn’t fall out off during wear time however it caught on everything from my own hair to my clothing. Bit of a pain but it just finishes off the look.
If you love Disney or Beauty and the Beast then these nails would totally suit you. The quality is there and they are only £3 a packet. Primark currently have a small range of Beauty and the Beast beauty items available like makeup brushes and even lashes, so I highly recommend checking everything out at your local store.
Have you tried Primark nails before?
Until next time,
