I love candles. Not sure I mention it enough (rolls eyes). After I did my B&M candle haul though I read someone else’s post about autumn candles from TK Maxx and had to get my butt down there. I was shocked at the range and questioned why I’d never bought any from there before! Whilst leaving TK Maxx fully stocked on candles, the windy mysteriously blew me into the Yankee Candle store and I just had to pick up a couple wax melts as well. I think its safe to say my house now smells like autumn and I proper love it! So here are the candles I picked up on my little haul.
Autumn Candles from TK Maxx
DW Home Apple Cider Scented Candle
All I’ve burnt over the past couple of weeks at night time. So I decided to feature this one first. The jar itself is giving me super autumnal vibes with the rust orange colour fading into the red with the black lid. But the scent … oh wow the scent! It smells delicious. Quite strong and spicy but toned down with the apple cider. A firm favourite for me!
DW Home Essence Almond Scented Candle
I love almonds so I definitely had to pick this up. It smells exactly like marzipan and good enough to eat! But obviously, I won’t be eating it. The jar is pure white with the wooden style lid and looks good in any room. Even though the packaging isn’t giving me autumn vibes, the smell can totally replace that.
DW Home Wander Onward Pumpkin Bourbon Scented Candle
Again, the packaging is proper autumn vibes. Orange with a little camping scene and campfire. Wish I was in that roasting marshmallows under the crisp autumn air! And because its autumn, obviously I had to get something pumpkin related in this candle haul.
Scentsational Gingerbread Natural Soy Candle
Obviously had to pick up something gingerbread. Even though gingerbread is more associated with Christmas (think gingerbread men and houses) I love it through autumn as well. The packaging is super cute with the clear glass, white candle with the shape of a gingerbread man on the front. An absolute lush smell as well! A brand I had never heard of before so definitely want to explore them more, I hear they do wax melts as well so I need to find these.
I highly recommend checking out your local TK Maxx for some autumn candles. They had such a lovely selection in my local and it’s a small shop, so I’m pretty sure the larger ones will have an even bigger selection. Also, Homesense stock the same brands as TK Maxx so if you have one of them closer then head on down! I’m going on holiday to visit family shortly and cannot wait to hit their local Homesense store as we don’t have one close to us at all.
What are you burning this autumn?
